OUR PROCESS
BH Home specializes in custom-made furniture, working one-on-one with clients to create beautifully crafted, durable pieces that are designed to sit, look, and fit just right.
Each piece begins with a custom alder kiln-dried frame and is upholstered to your exact specifications. For clients who need assistance developing their furniture designs, we also provide in-person consultations to take measurements, refine proportions, and develop a piece tailored specifically to the space.
COMPLETION
Upon completion, each piece is meticulously inspected to ensure it meets the client’s specifications. For safe delivery, all legs are individually wrapped and protected. The entire piece is then carefully blanket wrapped, shrink wrapped, and finished with an additional protective layer of blankets to provide the highest level of protection throughout transit.
SHIPPING
BH Home coordinates all aspects of shipping and logistics, alleviating the time and stress associated with arranging deliveries for busy design firms. From the moment a piece is completed, we oversee the shipping process through final delivery, allowing designers to remain focused on their projects and clients.
We work closely with a trusted network of third-party shipping partners with whom we have established excellent relationships. Whenever possible, we consolidate shipments for multiple clients and projects traveling to similar regions throughout the country, helping to provide efficient service and competitive shipping rates.
Depending on the destination and project requirements, we arrange transportation via dedicated or consolidated truck freight or air freight. Transit times vary by destination and service level, but expedited options often allow a completed piece to reach its final destination within approximately 7–10 days.
